A conservative columnist. He makes some good points about how profit has become the main motive driving our current health care system. His mention of government needing to do more regarding research is good. And, the only criticism I see here is on the rates paid by Medicare. Fair rates do need to be in place and they could be if we saved all that administration money going to insurance companies, shareholders and overly high paid execs.
