With Ryan now on the ticket getting a true, factual picture of what they want to do with Medicare (vouchers) and Medicaid (cut it by millions by capping $ to states) is critical. I just can't get rid of the memory of the time recently when an excited group of Romney followers yelled in response to what to do about those who get Medicaid -- "Let them Die".
